Add height and weight for everyone above to carry your household into the planner.
The Wolf Den Pack Planner is Wolf Den Foods' own tool. It estimates calories with the 2023 National Academies Estimated Energy Requirement equations (Dietary Reference Intakes for Energy, 2023, https://doi.org/10.17226/26818) using each person's height and weight. This page uses the 2015–2020 Dietary Guidelines calorie table (reference-size people). Both are estimates and neither is a resting metabolic rate (BMR), so the totals can differ.
